Mikko started working with DA-Group over 14 years ago as an electrical engineer. He progressed to the foreman position and then to the roles of the head designer and a project manager. Earlier in the years, Saila took care of various customer service tasks of the contract manufacturing clientele. Being promoted to the key account manager position, she was responsible of offer preparation and sales. Presently, Saila is responsible of the overall manufacturing business within DA-Group, including planning and production as well as the customer relationship management.
